Trick-or-treaters enjoyed the annual Sea Witch Festival spirit in Dewey Beach Oct. 24, for one of Dewey Business Partnership’s annual holiday events.

From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., a mix of spooky and sweet costumed characters visited local Dewey businesses to collect candy. On the bay beach of Dickinson Avenue, a haunted bonfire, haunted graveyard and DJ dance party promised a wicked good time for all ages.
